• Open a private screening link we have shared with you
• Interact with the website and accept analytics

• Invite you to TILO events, screenings and updates
• Maintain our community register and its event history
• Improve the website and analyze traffic (only with your consent)

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We process your data based on your consent (analytics, joining The TILO List), our legitimate interest (responding to inquiries, security, professional relationships), or to meet legal obligations.

We use first-party analytics hosted on our own infrastructure, enabled only if you accept it in the cookie banner. It records page views and basic interactions, with no advertising profiling. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta pixels.

We work with providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and database (cloud infrastructure), email delivery (Resend), inbound mail forwarding (ImprovMX) and event registration platforms (Luma). These providers may only use the data to deliver their service to us.

We keep community data for as long as the relationship remains relevant or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept in limited, aggregated form, and email correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to the project or relationship.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: restricted admin access, row-level database access control, and private, expiring screening links. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

TILO Studios operates internationally between Mexico and Scandinavia. By using this website, you understand that information may be processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction, with appropriate safeguards in place.
